Thanks. I live in Prague. I will write in English if it is ok for all. My wife has a 2007 GL 450 which we brought from US as well. I love it here in CR and it is best country in Europe, but cars are too expensive here.-

I am Canadian by birth but lived in US for 10 years and have citizenship for both Canada and US. I have lived in CR for 6 years now as my wife is Czech. BTW, congrats to CR on the Wolrd Hockey Championships! If not Canada, then I cheer for CR! :yes:

Angl Dave, you think you got problems with 500 hp, well, I now how you feel, I am trying to get 610hp to the asphalt. It's all about progressive throtle application and with the traction control off. If you got'em, smoke'em!!!!!! LOL-

yeah, fun but frustrating at times. The problem (or good thing IMHO) is that the torque in the AMG kicks in right away! I am upgrading the 255 OEM P-zeros to 275 PS2 to see if that helps. What mods have you done to get to 600HP? I assume this is at crank? My loss is around 17% to the wheels.

Have a look at the car, it's got the mods listed. It makes 380 rear wheel KW on 98 RON fuel, or 402rwkw on 100 RON.-

love both your cars! Always thought the Supra was a cool car and loved the look. Pretty extensive mods on both. Whats with the cops...get caught in speed trap? Very funny and love those pics! Lived in Ontario and Quebec and originally from a small town called Kingston (between half-way between Montreal and Toronto)in Ontario. I eventually lived in Toronto for 10 years or so before moving to the US for business.-

I see. I'd say that if you now have permanent residency in the Czech Republic, you may have to dump the Virginia rego plates and get the car registered in CR, or You might get in trouble with the Boys in Blue.
As far as the rims/tyres go, I wouldn't be rolling the guards on an AMG, you can comfortably fit 22" rims on it which will clear the brakes. Try some Racing Hart, Lowenhart or Lenzo rims.

actually the boys in blue stay away when they see foreign plates. The cars are registered in my US company name and so there is no point in registering them in CR as they are company assets placed overseas for my use. So they are perfectly legal to drive in CR. I probably will eventually get them registered, but as I am sure you know the process is a pain the in ass with inspections etc etc...youy know someone in CR who get this done quickly and cost-effectively ;-)
Not a chance on the 22". Largest I have seen is 20" and that was a stretch. Issue with that wheels are staggered and the AMG brakes have clearance issues. Will look at Racing Hart, Lowenhart and Lenzo. Thanks Dave

Pirelli do not make any Motorsport tyres sadly. You have to get some semi-racing ones, like mine Bridgestone RE-01R, very soft and sticky.-

Yes I have looked at the Bridgestone as well as Vredestein, Michelin SP2s, Nitto NT01 or NT05 (possible rubbing issues, Dunlop Star Specs, or Hankook V12. Issue with this car is the off-set with AMG brakes. It may require a small fender roll in back. Will update; but time to burn through the P-zeros.

Zdravím uživatele angl Daveho,
jsem nějak na rozpacích tak abych nevědomky neublížil, pár dní ještě počkám, co se z tohoto nádherného AMG vyvine, zda doplníš další fotky, nějaký ten text, myslím, že by bylo vhodné si to dát přeložit do ČJ, přecijen jsme na moje.auto. CZ nikoliv v Anglii. Doplnil bych popisky u foteček, nějaká reálná fota jsou vítána a zejména ještě kdybys natočil video, to by byla parád, moc se těším ... ;-) nezklamej mě.
Ředitele pražské ZOO Fejka, my tu moc nemusíme ... >:D -
